You may be providing two different addresses for the billing and shipping address. Unfortunately, we only ship to the billing address that your bank has on file. You do have the option of paying via PayPal as long as you're shipping to a confirmed address.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days unless you selected Express shipping at checkout. If you chose Express shipping, your order will ship the same day if it was placed before 12 PM CST.

Please check your spam/junk folder for your order confirmation. If the email is still nowhere to be found, use the contact form or contact us at support@xocinnxo.com so we can resend the confirmation email.

We highly encourage you to buy the item you want when you see it, as restocks are not guaranteed. However, you may choose 'Notify me when available' underneath the item, and we will send you an email if it has been restocked. Also, follow our social media accounts @shopxocinnxo for restock notifications.

You may return an item for store credit or for an exchange. However, we do not process refunds at this time. Please refer to our Return policy for more information.
